" A check-in is a 20 minute focused session designed to keep you aligned, answer immediate questions, clear any energetic hurdles that pop up. These sessions are about your self maintenance and momentum. By purchasing the monthly membership, you receive 2-30 minute sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, please let us know as soon as possible. For a full refund, cancellation needs to be 48 hours before the scheduled session. A 1 time reschedule is allowed if you are unable to make your session time. Contact our offices and we will gladly assist you.
