Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Terms:
    All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your date and time are not reserved until payment is received.

     

  • Refund Policy:
    Refunds are available within 48 hours of booking only. After that time, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including participant cancellations, changes in availability, or missed events.

     

  • Participant Substitutions:
    If a registered participant is unable to attend the scheduled event, you may substitute another individual in their place at no additional cost. Please notify Angela in advance of any participant changes when possible.

     

  • Rescheduling:
    A one-time reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled session or event. Rescheduled services must be completed within 60 days of the original booking, based on availability.

     

  • No-Shows:
    Clients or groups who do not show up and do not provide prior notice will forfeit the session and payment.

     

  • Travel Fees:
    Additional travel fees may apply for events outside of the Mid-Michigan area. Travel costs will be disclosed during booking.
